My name is Zachery Vance, and I am the General Manager of the Toubl Contracting Des Moines office. I started this role with Toubl in 2022, but I bring extensive experience in construction and restoration. Prior to starting with Toubl, I was a superintendent in new home construction in the Des Moines metro where I helped build people’s dream homes. I was also the Contractor Sales Manager at Menards where I spearheaded all estimates and material sales. I also gained extensive experience with commercial remodels and construction during my time at Menards. I have expertise and relationships with a variety of insurance companies, suppliers, and material brands. I am passionate about making a house your home.

I started in sales in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Hudson, Wisconsin, where I mediated communication between insurance companies and homeowners, and I managed crews for home restoration. Prior to Toubl, I was a High School Spanish and ELL teacher for 7 years at Bondurant-Farrar High School where I had the joy and privilege to teach my students Spanish 1, Spanish 4 and English Language Learners. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have a minor in Spanish Translation.
